Work Carried Out At Warren Bros Yard Winter 1966/67

Not much to do while waiting so David Hallam Paints the inside of the canopy

New chimney base casting Slowing progress, As we had to get 1 recast as the original was cracked in several places, the reason it took so long was because there was no patern so the caster had to peice together the original but this was difficult as the casting broke into lots of small peices on removal..
Other work completed which included Boiler retubed, extended bunker, Lamp brackets fitted And front rolls re-fitted.
